Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade or bundle services as your business grows. Our team will guide you through the process.

What is your cancellation policy? +

You may cancel at any time. Please note that CAC, domain and other processing fees are non-refundable once processing has started.

How does billing work? +

Most services are billed as one-time payments. Store plans have monthly recurring fees. All payments are securely processed via Paystack.

How long does CAC registration take? +

Most registrations are completed within a few working days depending on approval.

Do I need a registered business to use SabiStart? +

No, but we highly recommend it. You can also register your business directly through us.

Can I use POS and online store together? +

Yes, everything is synced. Your inventory and sales stay updated across all channels.
